Brian Beattie – CEO
With a career spanning 33 years, Brian Beattie has a thorough understanding of the bigger business issues as well as the sales role. He has extensive first-hand experience with various roles, including direct sales, sales management and general management, primarily in the IT Industry.
As International Sales Director at Solution 6, he had worldwide responsibility for the sales and consulting force of 600 people and helped grow the business to a $300m turnover, before being appointed CEO for the company in Europe. He successfully set up two of his own businesses and has an in-depth practical understanding of selling, sales management and general business.
Brian has been running ATS Training for 15 years and has trained more than 7,000 people and over 120 companies in everything from basic selling skills training, presentation skills, negotiation skills to sales management training. He has an amazing understanding of the selling process and how to get the best out of people no matter what level of experience they have. Brian believes that if the training is to work it needs to “stick” from the classroom and that is what he ensures happens.
