With a career spanning 33 years, Brian Beattie has a thorough understanding of the bigger business issues as well as the sales role. He has extensive first-hand experience with various roles, including direct sales, sales management and general management, primarily in the IT Industry.
As International Sales Director at Solution 6, he had worldwide responsibility for the sales and consulting force of 600 people and helped grow the business to a $300m turnover, before being appointed CEO for the company in Europe.
He successfully set up two of his own businesses and has an in-depth practical understanding of selling, sales management and general business.
Brian has been running ATS Training for 15 years and has trained more than 7,000 people and over 120 companies in everything from basic selling skills training, presentation skills, negotiation skills to sales management training. He has an amazing understanding of the selling process and how to get the best out of people no matter what level of experience they have. Brian believes that if the training is to work it needs to "stick" from the classroom and that is what he ensures happens.
In 2011 Greg joined the ATS team on a full time basis and began providing sales skills training and presentation skills training programs to the broad range of ATS clients. Greg brings with him over 30 years' experience in direct sales, sales management and general management with several global organisations. His wealth of knowledge and experience allows him to offer real life examples and outcomes for each of the various skills being discussed throughout the ATS programs.
While the majority of his career has been closely aligned with sales, he was also instrumental in the establishment and growth of one of the world's largest money transfer brands and retail networks today. At various stages he was directly responsible for the establishment, implementation and on-going management of the sales strategy for 5,500 retail locations spread throughout 6 countries.
In addition to these previous roles, Greg has also established two highly successful business ventures that currently operate on a global basis today. He has trained over 1,000 sales people and has great rapport with people at all levels.
